Abstract

PURPOSE:To heat simultaneously more than two kinds of fluid to be heated by one heating fluid provided in a simple structure by a method wherein a condensing pipe group is provided correspond to a branching pipe line arranged on a pipe line which connects an evaporating pipe group and a condensing pipe group. CONSTITUTION:An evaporating pipe group 5 is arranged in a duct 1 through which a heating fluid is flowed. A heat to be transferred to the evaporating pipe group 5 is transferred by the vapor of a medium to upper headers 8 of a condensing pipe group 9 located in a duct 2 in which fluid to be heated is flowed through pipe lines 7 from upper headers 6 of the evaporating pipe group 5. After the condensing of the vapor, the vapor is flowed into lower headers 4 of the evaporating pipe group through pipe lines 11 from lower headers 10. The evaporating and condensing are performed with natural circulating of the medium. When the heat of high temperature gas G1 flowed through a duct 1 is transferred to two fluids G2 and G3 with such a separated type heat pipe, pipe lines 71 branched from the pipe lines 7 and pipe lines 111 branched from the pipe lines 11 are provided to heat the fluid G3 flowed through the duct 3. Thus, six assemblies of condensing pipe group can be connected to three assemblies of evaporating pipe group, accordingly, two kinds of fluid G2 and G3 are heated simultaneously.

In a heat exchange device, when two or more fluids to be heated (low-temperature fluids) are heated by one heating fluid (high-temperature fluid), various measures are taken depending on the type of heat exchanger. Among these, in the case of a regeneration type, multi-tube type, or plate type heat exchanger, the heating fluid is divided into a corresponding number of fluids depending on the number of fluids to be heated, and heat exchange is performed respectively. It was necessary to install a heat exchanger to heat each fluid to be heated inside.

Figure 1 shows the structure of the separate heat pipe.
Reference numeral 5 denotes a group of evaporation tubes arranged in the duct l through which the heating fluid (gas, etc.) flows, and the transferred heat is transferred to the fluid (gas, etc.) which receives heat from the ladder 6 through the pipe line 7 at the top of the duct 1 through the vapor of the medium. It is conveyed to the upper header 8 of the condensing tube bank 9 located in the flowing duct z. This vapor condenses and flows from the lower header 10 into the ladder 4 through the pipe line 11 to the lower part of the evaporator tube group.

By carrying out this invention, it is possible to simultaneously heat the diffused fluid using the heat possessed by the fluid of the heating source. Moreover, the number of valves used does not increase in proportion to the number of fluids to be heated, and can be reduced in number, resulting in various effects.
