ステンレス等金属材料で製した軸体１の中央部に溝状小
径部１ａを形成し、該小径部１ａの直径と等しいかやや
小径の内径を具えたナイロン等合成樹脂材製のスペーサ
ーリング２を、その材料自体が個有する伸縮性に基き上
記軸体１の端部から圧入することに依り該スペーサーリ
ング２を軸体１の溝状小径部１ａに確乎に嵌合止着し、
軸体１は該スペーサーリング２を隔ててその上半部を所
要の上位枢着板嵌合用またその下半部を下位枢看板嵌合
