もに打抜型の刃先の消耗が激しい欠点を有していた。ま
たこのような欠点除去するため、本出願人の提案に係る
特開昭58−180321号も存在するが、この方法は
上記欠点を顕著に改良したものの、やは9打抜型の刃先
が打抜板に接触するものであって、極めて少ないもので
はあるが、軟質物との接触以外に、刃先の消耗を伴なう
接触が行なわれる欠点を有していた。
