[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention relates to a mold sack for a roof tile molding die that completely deaerates the inside of the molding cavity during press molding of roof tiles.

Conventionally, in the molding of roof tiles, as shown in Fig. 1, a roof tile base material C is placed between an upper mold a and a lower mold b, and a predetermined curved shape is formed on the lower surface of the upper mold a and the upper surface of the lower mold b, respectively. Compression molding is performed between the molding surfaces d and d' formed on the upper mold a, and in order to prevent the roof tile base material C from protruding outward from the molding surfaces d and d during such compression molding. Mold sacks e and e' are placed on the side walls of the bottom side and the edge side, and side plates f are placed on the left and right side walls of the lower mold b.
, f' are attached respectively.

The molding cavity formed by the mold surfaces d, d', the mold sacs e, e', and the side plates f, f' is the upper mold a.
When the lower mold B approaches to a predetermined distance just before compression molding, it becomes sealed and a certain amount of air remains in the molding cavity, so the roof tile blank C is not molded into the shape of the mold, In addition, air and mold release agent were likely to get mixed into the roof tile base material C, degrading the quality of the molded product.

In addition, in order to evacuate the residual air, as shown in FIG.
A shallow deaeration groove of a predetermined length in the vertical direction on the wall surface on the side that comes into contact with g. An appropriate number of degassing loads g' and g' are recessed so that when the mold sacks e and e' are attached to the upper mold a, the lower ends of the degassing loads g and g' open into the mold cavity. However, when such a mold sack is used, residual air is removed fRg, g'... as shown by the arrow in Figure 4.
- Since the air has to escape from the lower end to the upper end, the deaeration path becomes longer, and moreover, the deaeration groove is recessed into the jump g. g
Because only the lower end of the mold serves as a degassing port, the cross-sectional area of the degassing port is extremely small, and it was not possible to perform sufficient instantaneous degassing just before compression molding.

The present invention dramatically increases the cross-sectional area of the deaeration port by providing band-shaped recesses that connect the lower ends of each deaeration groove with each other along the upper edge of the wall surface of the portion scheduled to come into contact with the roof tile base. The above-mentioned drawbacks have been solved by providing an appropriate number of degassing holes in the bottom of the recess that penetrate through the wall surface of the mold sack and directly reach the outside, thereby significantly shortening the degassing path. To explain based on this, in FIG. 3, 1 is a mold sack according to the present invention, and 2 is a recessed part sunk into the inner wall surface of the mold sack 1.

The concave portion 2 is located at a position adjacent to the -L edge of the wall surface portion A to which the end surface of the roof tile base 3 is to abut at the time of molding (in other words, the mold sack 1 is placed in the upper mold). 13, the lower end edge is on a line that coincides with the molding surface 14 of the upper mold 13).

Further, 4, 4... are deaeration grooves extending vertically upward from the upper end of the recess 2 to the upper end of the inner wall surface, and are suitably shaped in the same manner as the deaeration grooves g, g'... in the conventional example. It was installed several times.

In addition, 7, 7'... are screw holes for screwing the mold sack 1 to the mold, 8 is a stepped part that comes into contact with the bottom cut part or the edge cut part of the roof tile base 3, and A bulge 9 corresponding to the curved shape of the roof tile base 3 is provided at the lower end of the mold sack 1.

Next, to explain the usage condition of the mold sack according to the present invention, the side plates 10 and 10' are fixed to the left and right side walls. The upper mold 13 with the mold sacks 1, 1' screwed onto the side walls of the side and small side is lowered vertically from above, and the lower ends of the mold sacks 1, 1' are expanded as shown in FIG. The protruding part 9 is the lower mold 1
1, the molding surface 14 of the upper mold 13, the molding surface 12 of the lower mold 11, the inner walls of the mold sacks 1 and 1', and the inner walls of the side plates 10 and 10' form a closed room. A mold cavity 15 is formed, but the mold sacks 1, 1'
The 1ζ end of the belt-shaped recess 2 formed on the inner surface is the upper mold 1.
3. An extensive series of vent holes along the molding surface 14 of the section 1.
6, the cross-sectional area of the molded key 4-15 for degassing increases dramatically. While some of the deaeration escapes to the outside through the deaeration holes 6, 6', etc., most of it can immediately escape to the outside through the deaeration holes 6, 6', etc., so the deaeration path is Due to the extremely shortened length, the air inside the molding cavity 15 can be instantaneously and completely degassed during the compression molding of the roof tile blank 3.

In short, the present invention provides a molding surface 14 of the upper die 13 when the mold sack 1 is attached to the upper die 13 on the inner wall surface of the die sack 1 attached to the upper die 13 of the roof tile molding die.
A band-shaped recess 2 having a lower edge on a line that coincides with the line is recessed over a wide range, and a mold sack 1 is provided on the bottom surface of the recess 2.
Since an appropriate number of deaeration holes 6°6'... having a predetermined diameter are vertically penetrated through the wall and opened on the outer wall surface, the cross-sectional area of the deaeration holes in the molding cavity 15 is dramatically increased. At the same time, the degassing path is also significantly shortened, so that the inside of the molding cavity 15 can be instantaneously and completely degassed during the compression molding of the roof tile blank 3. Therefore, the air inside the molding cavity 15 can be It is possible to completely prevent molding defects caused by residual molding and deterioration in the quality of the molded product due to air or mold release agent being mixed into the roof tile base material 3, and also to remove air in a predetermined shape that reaches from the upper end of the recess 2 to the upper end of the inner wall surface. If an appropriate number of grooves 4, 4', etc. are recessed on the inner wall surface of the mold sack 1, the above-mentioned effects can be further promoted, and the practical effects thereof are great.
