FIG. 1 is a conceptual diagram of main parts for explaining a conventional aqueous solution storage container, where l is the container and 2 is the aqueous solution. The surface of the container 1 is coated with a corrosion-resistant material such as rubber or vinyl chloride as described above. By the way, since the surface properties of such a corrosion-resistant material are hydrophilic, the aqueous solution 2 contained inside the container 1 spreads along the inner wall surface and oozes out as shown in 2a, and as the water in that area evaporates, it oozes out. container l
The solute crystallizes on the upper inner wall surface. Then, the aqueous solution is transmitted between the crystal grains by capillary action, and as the water evaporates in the process, the crystals 8 grow even larger. This phenomenon is particularly noticeable in alkaline galvanizing solutions and aqueous caustic soda solutions for aluminum etching, and in the case of galvanizing solutions, for example, the size of the crystals 3 grows to a thickness of about 2 Q mm in - months.

The crystals 8 grown in this manner may fall into the aqueous solution 2 during the treatment process. As a result, the concentration of the aqueous solution 2 changes, and the non-uniform concentration of the aqueous solution is one of the causes of problems in processing quality.

(C) Purpose of the Invention The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned points, and provides an aqueous solution container having a structure that prevents crystals from growing and adhering to the upper inner wall surface of a container that contains an aqueous solution in which a chemical is dissolved. The purpose is to provide containers.

In the figure, reference numeral 2 denotes an aqueous solution such as a plating solution or a chemical conversion treatment solution in which industrial chemicals are dissolved in water, and the aqueous solution 2 is housed in a container (tank) 1. The container 1 is not much different from the conventional one in that the surface of the steel material is coated with a corrosion-resistant material such as rubber or vinyl chloride. However, the major difference between the container 1 according to the present invention and the conventional container is that the barrier layer 4 is formed along the inner wall surface of the container 1.
This is J-Nro. The barrier layer 4 is made of a material that is water repellent to the aqueous solution 2, and is formed in a band shape with a predetermined width above the liquid level 2b of the aqueous solution 2. The barrier layer 4 can be formed by applying and curing a tetrafluoroethylene resin (trade name: Teflon) or a silicone resin, but in this example, a tetrafluoroethylene resin tape with a width of about 3 Qtnm was used. It is formed by applying the adhesive on the back side of the tape to a position approximately 2 Qmm above the liquid level 1 of the aqueous solution 2. By forming such a barrier 1 - 4 , the barrier layer 4 prevents the aqueous solution 2 contained therein from leaking up along the inner wall surface of the container 1 . As a result, the crystal growth that conventionally occurs on the upper inner wall surface of the container 1 due to oozing of the aqueous solution is prevented, so forming it on the entire wall will have the same effect, but it will be extremely expensive. In contrast, the present invention is extremely inexpensive and can be easily applied to existing containers.

(f) Effects of the Invention As is clear from the above explanation, the present invention can prevent stains, eliminate defects in processing quality caused by uneven concentration of aqueous solution, and maintain the aesthetic appearance of the work place. It becomes possible to realize an aqueous solution storage container at low cost, and its practical effects are great.
