に動力を伝達するものにおいて、上記第１クラツチ主体
にこれを前方移送付勢するシフトレバ−のカム保合溝を
設けるとともに、このカム保合溝に上記シフトレバ−の
当接力を緩衝する第１の弾性材を設け、かつ上記第２ク
ラツチ主体の反ピニオン側端面と上記第１クラツチ主体
の内周面との間に第２の弾性材を装置したことを特徴と
