設けるとともに、このカム保合溝に上記シフトレバ−の
当接力を緩衝する第1の弾性材を設け、かつ上記第2ク
ラツチ主体の反ピニオン側端面と上記第1クラツチ主体
の内周面との間に第2の弾性材を装置したことを特徴と
