Claims (1)
び底板の前部に孔が形成され老いるカセットと、このカ
セット内に回動可能に配置されていて複数の用紙が積層
して載置される回動底板と、上記カセットを給紙ローラ
ーの下に装着した場合に回動底板を上へ回動させて用紙
を給紙ローラーに圧接させる紙押王手段とを有し、上記
紙抑圧手段は、カセットの前に回転自在に配置されてい
る回転軸と、この回転軸を回転させる第１駆動手段と、
上記回転軸に一端部を固定されている複数の回動レバー
と、これらの回動レバーの回動端部に支持されている支
持軸と、この支持軸に回転自在に支持されているカムと
、このカムを回転させる第２駆動手段とからなり、上記
第１駆動手段により回転軸を所定角度たけ回転させて回
動レバーを回動させることによりカムを不回転の状態で
孔からカセットへ挿入して回動底板に当接させて回動底
板を押し上げて用紙を給紙ローラーに接近させ、次に第
２駆動手段によりカムを回転させて回動底板を押し上げ
用紙を給紙ローラーに圧接さセ、カつ、カムの回転角度
を変えることにより給紙ローラーに対する用紙の圧接力
をほとんど一定に調整することができるようにしたこと
