Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve copper wire leading out work at manufacture of a flyback transformer by a method wherein a high voltage coil is divided into the plural number, the respective winding sections are wound round in order in a laminated type interposing an insulating film between them, and moreover cut raises for leading out of copper wires are provided to the insulating film. CONSTITUTION:Cut raise parts 5a, 5b for leading out of copper wires are provided to an insulating film 5. The cut raise parts 5a, 5b are provided on both the edges of the insulating film 5 at the outermost part of the copper wires to be wound round. At the winding start parts of the respective layers, after the copper wire 4 is hooked to the cut raise part 5a, the copper wire is wound on the insulating film 5, and after the winding is completed, the copper wire is hooked to the cut raise part 5b, and wired to a high voltage bobbin 1.
