    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 縦横可動ガイドの交叉部に自在ステージを備え、縦横可
    動ガイドの両端はそれぞれ移行方向の前後にエアギャッ
    プを有す静圧空気継手を介して駆動機構に連繋したＸＹ
    ステージにおいて、前記静圧空気継手には、前後エアギ
    ャップを大小調整する制御手段を連繋して自在ステージ
    を微動するようにしたＸＹステージ。
