Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. バイブ１の一端には、超硬合金からなる切削頭部２が取
    付けられ、しかもこの切削頭部２は、起立壁４に噴射穴
    ５を開口させた１対のフルート溝３が軸方向に形成され
    るようになっており、またこのフルート溝３間には、１
    対のガイドパッド１３が形成されるようにしたガンリー
    マにおいて、前記フルート溝３の先端部分に形成された
    チップ座６内には、超硬合金の支持片８にダイヤモンド
    、立方晶系窒化硼素等の多結晶焼結体からなる切刃層９
    が超高圧下で焼結固着されるようにした複合チップ７が
    備えられ、しかもこの複合チップ７の正面面には、傾斜
    切刃稜１０が形成されるとともに、外周側には、少なく
    とも切刃層７部分に、前記ガイドパッド１３に対し同心
    円となるマージン１１が形成され、そのマージン１１の
    巾Ｗ１が、ガイドパッド１３の巾Ｗ２よりも小さく形成
    されていることを特徴とするガンリーマ。
