の上板保合部と連結プレートの上板係合部とを両者の間
にバッキングを介装してブレーキカバーが連結プレート
に対して上方に引抜き可能となるように組合わせ、かつ

に、主巻、補巻ウィンチの各ブレーキ単独の点検時には
