Conventionally, as shown in Fig. 1, an endless core material 1 made by winding a yarn with high tensile strength many times is wrapped in a cylindrical bag body 2 made of a flexible cloth with high wear resistance. , an endless sling made by overlapping and sewing the ends of a cylindrical bag (Figure 2)
3. The sling is used as a hanging cord for work.

第2図において、3aは袋体端部の縫着部である。In FIG. 2, 3a is a sewn portion at the end of the bag.

This type of endless sling is flexible as a whole, so it easily adapts to the shape of the suspended object and provides a stable suspended state.

However, if the endless sling is made into an oval shape, one end of the oval is passed through the other end, and one end is secured to the hook 4 as shown in FIG. 3, and the suspended object 5 is placed inside the rawhide ring. When hanging (choke hanging), the weight of the suspended object 5 causes the other end 6 of the endless sling to slide down the end 7 side as shown by the arrow, as shown in FIG.
The bag on the side was so squeezed that it was easy to tear.

This idea was devised in view of the above circumstances, and consists of an endless core material whose whole or parts except for the two ends where they are joined are made up of a group of warp threads, and wrapped in a cylindrical bag made of a flexible material. It is an endless sling, and the cylindrical bag and the core material are weak because a seam is inserted through the core so as to contact the entire circumference along the length of the cylindrical bag or partially with a large number of warp threads. The gist of this is an endless sling that is characterized by being connected.

In other words, as mentioned above, by inserting seams in the bag body so that they come into contact with many of the warp threads of the core material, and making the seam portion penetrate through the inside of the core material, the bag body and the core material are weakly bonded, and the chalk hanging is made easier. Even if a force is applied to a part of the bag, that part will be held by the core material and will not move in the direction of the force.

したがって袋の破れが生じなくなる。Therefore, the bag will not be torn.

FIG. 5 shows an example of this, in which two seams 9 are parallel to each other along the longitudinal direction of a seamless cylindrical bag 8, and a large number of warp threads of a core material 10 extend along the entire length of the bag 8. The bag body 8 and the core material 10 are weakly connected and integrated at the seam portion, which is provided so as to be in contact with each other, by the sewing thread 9a passing through the interior of the core material 10.

FIG. 6 shows another embodiment, in which a cylindrical bag 11 and a strip-like cloth material are constructed into a seamed cloth-like structure by overlapping both edges 11a and llb along the longitudinal direction and sewing the seams. The seam 12 is provided along the longitudinal direction of the bag body 11 and in contact with a large number of warp threads of the core material 13 over the entire length by the sewing thread 12a.

FIG. 7 shows still another embodiment, in which the cylindrical bag body 1
4 is constructed in the form of a seamed cloth by sewing the longitudinal edges of a strip of cloth material and turning the front and back sides of the material. It is provided so as to be in contact with many warps of the core material 16 over the entire length of the body 14.

In addition, instead of the core material 1 shown in FIG. 1, both ends 20 and 21 of the material are woven, and the other parts 22 are made of bundles of warp threads aligned in the length direction. A core material 19 that has been sewn 23 may be used.

As mentioned above, the endless sling of this invention has a seam that penetrates the core so that it contacts the entire circumference along the length of the cylindrical bag or a number of warp threads partially, and the core material at the seam part. Since the bag body and the bag body are weakly integrated, the bag body does not become strained when hanging chalk, etc., and therefore the bag body does not tear.
