Abstract

PURPOSE:To prepare a mold assembly capable of trimming a decorated sheet to the product contour as soon as the molds are clamped by providing trimming edges for cutting the decorated sheet at part of a male mold and that of a female mold. CONSTITUTION:A decorated sheet 32 is put on a female mold 18, and a heating plate 44 is abutted on that opposite side, after the decorated sheet 32 is heated and softened the decorated sheet 32 is absorbed from the side of the female mold 18, compressed air is pushed in from the side of a heating plate 44 to mold the decorated sheet 32 to the contour along the female mold 18. Then, the heating plate 44 is removed, a male mold 16 is clamped and resin is injected into the cavity of the decorated sheet 32 to obtain a decorated molded piece. Then, the trimming edges 62, 61 having an engaging relation with each other are provided to the female mold 18 and the male mold 16. Accordingly, molding and trimming cut are made possible at the same time.

However, leaf-shaped sheets are inefficient, have poor productivity, and transfer films are not only difficult to find, but also have poor design and volume, so three-dimensional molding of painted sheets has been desired. There is also a method of removing the molded product by trimming the dispensing sheet around the mold, but this method is inefficient because the parting part and window part must be trimmed every time in the subsequent process.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 6, a trimming blade part 61 is provided at the periphery of the opening of the female mold 18, and a trimming blade part 61 is also provided on the part of the male mold 16 facing the blade part 61. The trimming blade portion 62 is numbered. These blade parts 61.6
2 may be formed by hardening the edge portion of a normal mold to increase its hardness. For the blade part 61ζ, the hardness of Y is 53 to 56° (Rockwell hardness),
It is preferable that the blade portion 62 be rotated at an angle of 50 to 53 degrees. Normally, the shearing part depends on the thickness of the sheet, but it is approximately 17
The length is about 71 to 2 m, and if the number of shots is large, the wear and tear of trimming will be reduced, but this can be prevented by making the hardness of the blade parts 61 and 62 different, as described above. In addition, each blade part 61,62 is set so that it can be replaced with one touch.

Thereafter, both members 44 and 46 return to their reference positions by the action of the servo motor, and as shown in FIG.
The air cylinder 52 supporting the frame member 46 extends and
Then, the heating plate 44 is integrally lowered from the reference position along the rail 42 and stops at a predetermined position above the silver mold 18. Along with this, the sheet is unwound by one pitch. Since the lower part of the frame member 46 is open, the frame member 46 can surround the silver mold 18, and the heating plate 44 can hold the sheet and heat the silver mold 1.
Close cavity 8. At this time, the pattern on the sheet is placed at a regular position (synchronization position II) with respect to the molding surface of the silver mold.

In this state, first, the cavity of the female mold is evacuated through the ventilation hole 58 of the first mold 18. After that, the heating plate 44
The sheet 32 is peeled off from the surface of the heating section 44a by sending compressed air through the ventilation hole 50 of the sheet 32 as shown in FIG. It is attached to the molding surface of No. 18. In addition, in the case of deep tightening, that is, when the molding surface of the female mold is deep, the sheet can be removed by moving a part of the heating plate 44 toward the gate-shaped molding surface side while holding the sheet with a cylinder (not shown) and vacuuming. Can be preformed without excessive stretching.

In the above process, the cavity of the female mold 18 is evacuated and then compressed air is sent from the heating plate side to adhere the sheet to the molding surface of the silver mold. It is also possible to exhaust the air through the ventilation hole 58.

However, in this case, it is necessary to provide a large number of ventilation holes 58 in a silver shape. This is because air remains in the cavity. On the other hand, according to the former method, no air remains in the special female mold for forming the sheet, so there is no need to provide a large number of ventilation holes. Therefore, it is possible to reduce the number of traces of ventilation holes that occur on the surface of the molded product.

Thereafter, the heating plate 4 is heated by the operation of an air cylinder (not shown).
4 is lifted from the frame member 46, and the air cylinder 52 is operated to return both members 44 and 46 to the Mt11 position shown in FIG. At this time, the rod member 56 clamps the illustrated sheet 32 so that the illustrated sheet 32 does not move.

FIG. 7 is a sectional view of a mold according to another embodiment, and shows a male mold 16.
and the female mold 18 have four parts 63 and 64 at opposing positions, respectively.
A cylinder 7 is formed in which a core part 65 is slidably inserted into the recess 63, and this core 65 is housed in the male mold 16.

Also, a blade portion 69 is formed around the recess 164. In addition, concave! ! S63 is provided at a position where it does not interfere with the injection hole 30. When the mold is clamped, the core part 65 is moved into the recess 64 by the operation of the cylinder 70. Then the 8th
As shown in the figure, punched holes 71 are formed in accordance with the opening shapes of the four parts 63 and 64, making it possible to obtain finished products with a plurality of shapes.

Here, the size of the cylinder is as large as possible, and a powerful hydraulic cylinder is preferable. There is also a method of gate cutting (cutting the resin injection port) to remove the resin after injection, but trimming only the sheet requires less cylinder pressure and allows the use of a smaller cylinder.

As explained above, according to the present invention, a painted sheet can be attached to a resin body solidified at the same time as injection molding by using a continuous dispensing sheet in the form of a roll, and even when a continuous dispensing sheet is used. Punching each finished product from the sheet, that is, trimming the finished product, can be simplified, and the need for trimming again in a subsequent process is reduced. Further, even a finished product having a complicated shape having a window portion or the like can be easily manufactured.

[Scope of Claims] 1. A roll for unwinding and winding up the illustrated sheet, which is installed so that the illustrated sheet runs while covering the opening of the female mold;
a heating plate that is movable from the upstream side of the sheet to above the female mold by one pitch of the pattern of the illustrated sheet and has a ventilation hole; a frame member that holds the illustrated sheet together with the heating plate and moves together with the heating plate; , a moving device for integrally moving the heating plate and the frame member in the running direction of the painted sheet and a direction perpendicular thereto; and moving the heating plate and the e member integrally forward by one pitch of the pattern. A transport device;
A detector is attached to at least one of the heating plate or the frame member for reading positioning marks in the running direction of the illustrated sheet and a direction perpendicular thereto, which are formed in advance on the illustrated sheet at each pattern pitch. When this detector reads the positioning marks in both directions due to the operation of the moving device, the moving device is stopped by this read signal, and the heating plate and the frame member clamp the dispensing sheet at this position. After clamping, the heating plate and frame member return to their standard positions, and then the heating plate and frame member are fed between the two molds by the action of the conveying device, and a painted sheet is vacuum-adhered in the molding direction of the silver mold before injection molding. After that, in the dispensing injection mold device, the dispensing sheet and the injected resin are integrated by roughly combining the silver mold and the male mold and injecting molten resin from the male mold side. A device for an injection molding mold for decoration, characterized in that a trimming blade for cutting a decorative sheet is provided on the periphery of the opening and a part of the male die that comes into contact with the periphery of the opening when the mold is closed. 2. One of the male mold and the female mold is provided with a core portion that can be retracted from and retracted from the mold surface, the other is provided with a recessed portion into which the piston body enters, and the periphery of the core portion and the periphery of the recessed portion are provided with punching holes. Claim 119 characterized in that a blade portion is provided.
The described injection molding mold device for painting.
