制御する過熱器出口温一度調節器と、過熱温度低減器の
入口蒸気温度を検出する温度検出手段と、過熱温度低減
器の入口蒸気流量を推定する手段と、前記低減器入口蒸
気温度検出手段の出力、前記低減器入口蒸気流量推定手
段の出力及び過熱器出口蒸気温度調節器の出力を入力と
し、これら入力値の熱収支上の所定の対応関係に基づい
て規定される出力を決定する演算器と、過熱温度低減器
出口蒸気温度が前記過熱器出口温度調節器の出力と一致
するよう調節動作を行う過熱温度低減器出口蒸気温度調
節器と、前記演算器の出力と前記過熱温度低減器出口蒸
気温度調節器の出力を加算する加算器と、この加算器の
出力を入力とし、過熱温度低減器への注水流量をこの入
力に比例する如く調節する注水流量制御機構とを備えた
