Abstract

PURPOSE:To easily install a marine structure by a method in which a foundation structure unit, structural units, and guides are delivered to a sea site where they are to be installed, and each units is stacked up in a laminary form along the guides driven into the seabed and fixed to each other. CONSTITUTION:A foundation structure unit 2, structual units 3, and clumnar guides 6 are put on a barge 9 and delivered to a sea area where they are to be installed. The barge 9 is dived into the sea water, the units 2 and 3 ar floated on the sea surface, and the guides 6 are driven into the seabed. Seawater ballast is charged into the pipes 7 of the unit 2, the unit 2 is sunk and landed on the seabed, and the guides 6 are thrust through holes 4 and driven into the seabed. The guides 6 are then thrust through the holes 5 of the units 3, and the units 3 are sunk along the guides 6, stacked up in a laminary form, and then connected for fixation.

However, when installing in a deep sea area,
, Yo1. There was a problem in that the assembly work on land and the loading work on the launch purge became troublesome. Furthermore, there is a problem in that assembly requires work at high places, which is dangerous. In addition, due to limitations in the area of the factory, the capacity of the cranes used to load the launching purge, and the loading capacity of the launching purge, conventional installation methods have limitations on the size of tower-like offshore structures, and are difficult to install in large water depths. It was not possible to install structures for marine areas.

In such a tower-shaped offshore structure (1), if it is necessary to provide a workbench at the upper end, when building the highest structure unit on land, it is provided in one piece with this,
It is preferable to equip this workbench with various devices necessary for oil drilling and the like. This eliminates the need for a large marine crane to place the workbench on the top of the structure, and also eliminates the troublesome work of placing various devices on the workbench. When a workbench is integrally provided in the highest structure unit, a buoyancy body for supporting the weight of the workbench is provided in addition to a buoyancy body for supporting the weight of the structure unit itself.

Effects of the Invention According to the installation method of the present invention, since the foundation structure unit, structure unit, and guide are manufactured separately, there is no need to increase the size of the factory or increase the capacity of equipment such as cranes. Moreover, it is easy to assemble. What's more, there is no need to work at heights within the factory, thereby avoiding danger. In addition, because the tower-shaped offshore structure is constructed by dividing it into multiple parts, transporting the divided parts to the installation sea area, and assembling them here to install the tower-shaped offshore structure, it is possible to construct the tower-shaped offshore structure even in deep sea areas. Can be installed. Furthermore, transportation and assembly operations are facilitated. In addition, since the piles serve as the strength members, the number of strength members in the basic structure units and the structural units can be reduced by several steps, making it possible to reduce the weight of each unit. In addition, since the foundation structure unit and the structure unit are equipped with buoyancy bodies,
The capacity of the marine crane vessel used in the installation area may be small. Furthermore, removal work can be easily performed.
