Abstract

PURPOSE:To absorb lateral vibration due to the eccentricity of the forward end of a stem shaft by fitting to valve guide a valve stem fitted to the forward end of a stem shaft for driving a valve body. CONSTITUTION:A gas cock body 1 is provided with a valve seat 3 put in the open state or close state by a valve 2. The valve 2 is fixed by a valve stem 4, and adapted to close the valve seat 3 through a valve spring bearing 5 by force of a valve spring 6. As the valve stem 4 is fitted in the concave portion of a valve stem guide 7, the valve stem can be moved without right and left, lateral vibration. A push button 8 of an operation part is disposed in such a manner as to interlock with an operating stem shaft 10 of a lock mechanism portion 9, and the forward end of the operating stem shaft 10 is fitted in the concave portion of the valve stem 4, so that the external force is transmitted to the valve spring 6 through the fitting portion.

せる為、外力を伝達させるステム軸が弁ステムに接して
設計されており、ステム軸が長い場合は、ステム軸が偏
芯したまま、弁部を押す事になり、弁ヌテムに無理な力
が加わり、耐久的に信頼性が十分満足出来なかった。

発明の構成 上記目的を達成させる為、本発明のパルプ式ガスコック
では、ボタン操作部からの外力を、開閉弁の弁体部に伝
達する為のステム軸の先端一部を、弁体の弁部をささえ
る弁ステムの一部に嵌合させ、ステム軸先端の偏芯によ
る横振れを、弁ステムを介して弁ヌテムガイドで吸収す
る構成である。

ガスボディー1とシールされている。かつ操作ステム輔
10の先端は弁ヌテム4の凹部に嵌合され、嵌合部を通
して、外力を弁スプリング6に伝える事が出来る様にな
っている。第2図は本発明のバルブ式ガスコックのガス
回路が開の状態にある時ヲ示しており、操作ステム輔1
0より伝えられた外力により弁スプリング6が圧縮され
、弁2を弁座3後方に押しやりガス通路を開の状態にし
た状態を示している。

の位置関係をより安定化させると同時に、両ステムの横
ブレを防止、ブfステムと弁ヌテムガイドの嵌合部の面
IM耗性、操作ステム輔とボディーの嵌合部の面−IM
耗性全白上、信頼性をより高める事が可能となった。
