Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 大径シリンダと小径シリンダとを直列に接続し、前記大
    径シリンダに大径ピストンを、前記小径シリンダにシフ
    トロッドを支持する小径ピストンをそれぞれ嵌合し、前
    記大径ピストンに複数個のシリンダを形成し、該シリン
    ダに互いにストロークを異にしかつ前記小径ピストンの
    端部に衝合するロッドを備えたピストンをそれぞれ嵌合
    したことを特徴とする３位置動作流体圧アクチュエータ
    。
