Claims (1)
りタペットを動作して燃焼室に対する吸気弁、排気弁の
開閉を行わせるものにおいて、前記カムシャフトの軸芯
に軸孔を形成し、この軸孔に摺動自在なピストンを嵌挿
するとともに、このピストンを軸方向に付勢する付勢体
を設け、かつ前記カム近傍のカムシャフト側部に前記軸
孔に連通し軸方向に長く形成した溝部を設けて、前記カ
ム面よりやや高く突出したデコンプピンを前記溝部を挿
通してピストンに突設する一方、エンジンの回転による
発電装置によりソレノイド軸を作動するソレノイド装置
を前記カムシャフトの軸端部に対峙するよう設け、該ソ
レノイド軸を前記ピストンの軸端部に当接し、前記エン
ジンの停止時あるいは低速回転時に前記付勢体にてピス
トンを一方に移動させて前記デコンプピンをタペット端
部に当接して燃焼室を半圧縮状態とし、前記エンジンの
回転上昇とともに前記ソレノイ軸を作動して前記ピスト
ンを付勢体の付勢力に抗して他方に移動させて前記デコ
ンプピンをタペット端部より退避させ燃焼室を全圧縮状
態になるようにしたことを特徴とするエンジンのデコン
