Claims (6)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）容器のスパウト栓取付は部に密閉状態で取付けら
    れる取付は部が形成された軟質合成樹脂材で成形された
    スパウト栓本体と、このスパウト栓本体と一体成形され
    閉鎖時には半断面形状が略Ｕ字状になるように曲げられ
    て内部に収納され開封時には引出されて注ぎ口となるス
    パウトと、このスパウトの先端部と着脱可能に取付けら
    れたキャップとを備えたスパウト栓において、前記スパ
    ウトの先端開口部に該開口部を密閉するシート材を溶着
    固定したことを特徴とするスパウト栓。
  2. （２）スパウト栓本体は該スパウト栓本体の取付は部の
    外周部を覆い容器のスパウト栓取付は部に合成樹脂材あ
    るいは金属材で成形された取付はリングを用いて該リン
    グを押し圧することによって嵌合固定されていることを
    特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のスパウ
    ト栓。
  3. （３）スパウト栓本体は該スパウト栓本体の取付は部の
    外周部を覆い容器のスパウト栓取付は部に合成樹脂材あ
    るいは金属材で成形されたキャップの外径寸法よりも内
    径寸法の方が大きい取付はリングを用いて該取付はリン
    グを押し圧する。 ことによって嵌合固定されていることを特徴とする実用
    新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のスパウト栓。
  4. （４）シート材はポリエチレンフィルムにアルミ箔をラ
    ミネートしたものであることを特徴とする実用新案登録
    請求の範囲第１項ないし第器項いずれかに記載のスパウ
    ト栓。
  5. （５）シート材は熱可塑性プラスチック材で成形されて
    いることを特徴とする実用新案登録求の範囲第１項ない
    し第３項のいずれかに記載のスパウト栓。
  6. （６）　　シート材はスパウトの先端部に高周波溶着あ
    るいは超音波溶着によつ溶着したことを特徴とする実用
    新案登録請求の範囲第１項ないし第５項いずれかに記載
    のスパウト栓。
