とはなく、信頼性の高い接続が得られる、一方、断面形
状としては、マイクロプレス加工の得意とするU溝形成
を基本として℃・るため、小形化に対しては充分対応が
とれる。

において、該端子の圧入部の断面形状を、内側はU形形
状となすとともに、外側は複数個の円弧部と複数個の直
線部とを形成せしめ、該円弧部を上記ヌル−ホール部へ
の圧接部として構成したこEを特徴とする圧入固定端子
。 2、上記円弧部を4個形成するとともに、該円弧部間に
各々直線部を形成せしめ、上記4個の円弧部を圧接部と
して構成したことを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第1項記
載の圧入固定端子。 3 金属板から端子を残し該端子周縁の不要部分を打ち
抜く第1の工程と、該第1の工程によって残された端子
の圧入部の断面形状な略V字形に加工せしめる第2の工
程と、該第2の工程によって加工された略V字形断面形
状を更に内側はU形形状となすとともに外側は複数個の
円弧部と複数個の直線部を持つように加工せしめる第6
の工程と、該第3の工程の後上記金属板から端子を切断
する第4の工程とを少なくとも含む圧入固定端子の製造
