Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）ピストン部材によってシリンダチューブ内を隔成
    した２つの圧力室に対し、流体を選択的に出入すること
    によって、上記ピストン部材に取り付けたロッドを軸方
    向変位させるシリンダ装置において、上記ロッドが軸方
    向長さの所定範囲にわたって回転方向にひねられて形成
    され、このひねり部分が、このひねり部分の断面の寸法
    に略等しいひねりを有するガイド孔を持ったガイド部材
    の当該ガイド孔に摺動自在に挿通され、上記ロッドが直
    進運動と回転運動を同時に行うように構成したことを特
    徴とするシリンダ装置。
  2. （２）　　ひねり部分およびこのひねり部分が挿通され
    るガイド孔が四角形断面であることを特徴とする実用新
    案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のシリンダ装置。
