送出する第１のＤ／Ａ変換器と、予め設定された単位計
数量に従って電圧制御発振器の出力信号の周波数を計数
する第？のカウンタと、第２のカウンタの計数値をアド
レスとして波形データを出力する第２の波形メモリと、
第２の波形メモリから出力される波形データをＤ／Ａ変

力と外部基準信号との位相を比較する位相比較器と、位
相比較器の出力を積分する積分器と、積分器の出力をホ
ールドしその出力により電圧制御発振器を制御するサン
