定されたラビリンス状フィンと該ラビリンス状フィン間
に封入された粘性流体とから成る減衰機構を設けるとと
もに、該減衰機構に、該減衰機構の減衰係数を変える減
衰係数可変手段を設けたことを特徴とするトルク変動吸
