In particular, most of the soles of work shoes are black. Black soles are conventionally manufactured by mixing carbon black as a coloring agent into rubber to obtain a black rubber material, and then molding this rubber material. However, conventional black shoe soles have the disadvantage that when the sole is strongly rubbed against the floor surface, the black color of the carbon blank is transferred to the floor surface, staining the floor surface. Particularly in the case of work shoes, the interior of factories has become extremely beautiful due to improvements in the working environment, and floors have also changed from conventional concrete surfaces to painted surfaces, and the number of beautiful floors is increasing. . When working while wearing work shoes even on beautiful floors,
As a result of the rough movements, it is inevitable that the soles of the work shoes will rub against the floor. Therefore, a mixture of carbon black and rubber often adheres to the floor surface and stains the floor surface. The more beautiful the floor surface is, the more conspicuous the dirt is, and from the point of view of improving the working environment. This is problematic.

The present invention eliminates these conventional drawbacks and provides a black shoe sole that does not stain the floor surface even when working on a beautiful surface with a painted surface.

That is, the present invention adds at least one coloring agent selected from Linmansgeleen, Ultramarine, and Cobalt Blue to a rubber compound obtained by mixing a filler into a diene rubber,
The method for producing a black shoe sole is further characterized in that acetaldehyde ammonia is added as a vulcanization accelerator and then vulcanization is performed.

Examples of fillers include silica, calcium carbonate, zinc white, naphthenic oil, sulfur, and stearic acid. The filler is mixed in an appropriate amount in the range of 30 to 150 parts per 100 parts of the rubber base material. A coloring agent is added to the rubber material thus obtained. First, a red coloring agent is added as a coloring agent. As the red coloring agent, one of coloring agents such as carmine red, watching red, polyazo red, desazo red, and biratholine rend is used.

Next, one coloring agent selected from Linmansgeleen, Ultramarine, and Cobalt Blue is added as a blue coloring agent. After adding the colorant, add the vulcanization accelerator and L7 acetaldehyde ammonia. Thereafter, the material is vulcanized and molded using a heat molding machine to obtain a black sole.

The present invention - 5 As described above, black soles can be obtained by discoloring the material itself, rather than by mixing carbon black as in the past. Even if the product is rubbed strongly against the floor surface, the black color will not transfer to the floor surface and stain the floor surface, and a beautiful work environment can be maintained.
