Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 導水口を底面にもち、上縁から溢流させる洗浄槽と、こ
    の洗浄槽内の底面に敷設されていて、導水口直上は盲状
    でその周囲に小孔が穿けられている整流板と、この整流
    板と洗浄槽底面との間にスペーサを備え、導水口から導
    入された純水の上昇流線が平行状態であって、上表層か
    ら溢流するように構成したことを特徴とする洗浄槽装置
    。
