りヘッドとの相対移動により変位置を検出するようにし
た変位量検出装置において、ケース内にケースの長手方
向にシャフトを軸動可能に軸承し、このシャフトにシャ
フトの軸線に沿って前記磁気スケールの一端を固定し、
磁気スケールの他端に摺動部を設け、この摺動部を磁気
スケールの移動方向に摺動可能に案内するガイド部をケ
ースに設け、前記ケース内に係止部を設け、この係止部
と前記摺動部間に前記磁気スケールをガイド部側へ引張
るスプリングを設けたことを特徴とする変位量検出装置
