Traditionally, in this type of dehydrating and dehydrating washing machine, the laundry gets entangled with each other during the washing operation and becomes one large lump, and when the laundry is transferred to the dehydrating operation, it moves to a biased position in the tub. Therefore, during the spin-drying operation, there is a problem in that the tub body, and eventually the entire tub, causes large vibrations due to the uneven load caused by the laundry being shifted to one side. For this reason, in the past, when there was a large vibration, the operation was stopped completely at that point, or the dehydration operation was temporarily stopped and water was poured into the tank instead, and then the normal washing operation was resumed. Similarly, by rotating the agitator inside the tub, the hardened laundry is loosened, and after draining, the sharp water operation is restarted. In the former case, I was silently dissatisfied with the fact that even when I went to see the car when it had finished driving, it actually stopped only half way through, and that I was still unable to get it to finish. Loosen the laundry by hand,
There was also the annoyance of having to re-operate the timer etc. to restart the operation. On the other hand, the latter has the problem of increasing water usage and being uneconomical.
Also, in terms of time, the process begins with water supply, just like the washing operation, so it extends to the end of the entire process, especially if it is done for 10 minutes each time, but if it is done multiple times, it will be longer. As mentioned above, there was a problem in that it took 20 to 30 (minutes) longer.Furthermore, in this case, the same process as the washing operation that hardened the laundry was performed, so it was difficult to loosen the hardened laundry. However, there was a problem in that this probably resulted in wasting a lot of water and time.

(Object of the Invention) The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned circumstances, and its purpose is to enable operation to be carried out to the end without bothering the user's hands, and to save water and time. To provide a dehydrating and washing machine capable of reliably washing hardened laundry with sufficient savings.

Hereinafter, one embodiment of the present invention will be explained with reference to the drawings. First, in FIG. It is elastically supported by the structure 3 so that it can swing freely. 4 is the tank body, which is the water tank 2 mentioned above.
It has a deep container shape (bottomed cylindrical shape), and its bottom is attached to a hollow dewatering shaft protruding from the inner bottom of the water receiving tub 2. 6 is a stirrer, which is shaped like a relatively shallow container (needle-like).
It has a large diameter and is housed almost completely inside the tank 4, particularly at its lower part, and its bottom is attached to a washing shaft 7 that penetrates the dewatering shaft 5 and projects into the tank 4. ing. Further, the large-diameter stirring body 6 has a large number of rib-shaped protrusions 8 formed on its peripheral wall extending from the bottom to the sides, and drain holes 9 are formed at the bottom. There is. On the other hand, for such a large-diameter stirring body 6, the tank body 4 has a double-walled IM structure in which part of the peripheral wall is polymerized.
A large number of rib-shaped protrusions 10 are formed on the inner surface of the inner wall of C, and a large number of dehydration holes 11 are formed on the inner wall of A. A large number of dehydration holes 12 are formed in each lower part. In addition, 13 is a balance ring, for example, of a liquid-filled type, provided at the upper opening edge of the tank body 4.
On the other hand, 14 is a power control ll installed at Th of the water bucket 2.
This is a BM structure, and the power control IXIN/414 is for motor 1.
When washing, the rotational force of 5 is decelerated and exchanged with the washing shaft 7.
It has a built-in deceleration mechanism, clutch mechanism, and brake mechanism to transmit the information to the dewatering shaft 5 and wash @ 7 to rotate the tank body 4 at high speed in the opposite direction together with the large-diameter stirring body 6 during dewatering. are doing. Reference numeral 16 denotes a drain valve, which allows water in the tank body 1 to be drained from the bottom of the water tank 2 through a drain hose 17 to the outside of the machine. Numeral 18 is a tine which automatically controls each process from washing to final dehydration, and FIG. 2 shows the operation details controlled by the timer 18 in terms of processes.

Therefore, in the case of this embodiment, when the timer 18 is set and the C operation is started, the "water supply" step is first carried out in line 4j, and the "water supply" step (' is when the water supply valve (not shown) opens). The required amount in the tank body 4 (conventional rotary vane type Ko 1v)
Supply water of the same weight as the machine. And then the next wash.”
During the stroke, only the large-diameter stirring body 6 is driven in forward and reverse rotation while the tank body is restrained and substantially stopped from rotating by the brake mechanism. In this embodiment, the rotation speed of the large-diameter stirring body 6 is within the range of 1207'J to 180 revolutions per minute, and the direction of rotation is reversed every 2 to 4 revolutions. Then, in the subsequent 1st drainage row, by opening the drainage valve 16, the inside of the large-diameter stirring body 6,
The water in the tank body 4 and the water tank 2 is discharged to the outside of the machine through the drainage hose 17. Now, once the [draining] process is carried out in this way, the operation will then move on to the 'draining' process.
In this case, the process is carried out with virtually no water remaining in the large-diameter stirring body 6, and in this "draining" process, "draining water" is
Following the process, the drain valve 16 is opened or closed, and the tank body 4 is stopped in the same way as in the "washing" process, and the agitating body 6 is rotated. The laundry A that has passed through the "1 washing" process and the "draining" process, and has become lumped and unevenly positioned from the large-diameter agitator 6 to the upper part of the tub 4 as shown by the solid solid line due to the first factor, is The upper part in contact with the upper part of the tank body 4 receives a restraining force from the upper part of the tank body 4, and the lower part in contact with the large-diameter stirring body receives a rotational force from the large-diameter stirring body 6, thereby being loosened. , and by being unraveled in this way, it exists upwards ()
The particles fall downward and are evenly distributed as shown by the two-dot chain line in FIG. Incidentally, since the laundry A has a direction, and the laundry A is loosened by movement in either the right or left direction opposite to that direction, the large-diameter agitation body 6 can also be tangled in both the right and left directions, that is, in the forward and reverse directions. By rotating the washing machine at least once in both directions, usually about three times, it is possible to efficiently loosen all of the laundry A, from small to large amounts. Furthermore, if the rotational speed of the large-diameter agitator 6 is 300 (rllm) or more, the laundry A may slip on the large-diameter agitator 6 or be twisted in the opposite direction beyond loosening. Because it becomes less efficient 3
It is better to keep it below 00(rl)m). And even larger diameter stirring 1. ``1'' If the rotation time of body 6 is too long, it will damage the laundry A, so 5 [
It is better to keep it within seconds).

In the "dehydration" step after the "draining" step, a clutch mechanism (not shown) is operated while keeping the drain valve 16 open to increase the diameter of the tank body 4 and the agitating body 6. This is done by rotating the folded laundry at high speed in one direction. The folded laundry △ is broken as described above in the previous step (<'shi) and is uniformly distributed in the tub body 4 into six pieces, so that abnormal vibrations and It will not happen. And after that, the operation will be "water supply"

The process is performed in the order of ``rinse J'', ``drainage'', ``drainage J'', ``dehydration'', etc. Among them, the ``rinsing'' process is the ``washing'' process of light, except that no detergent is used. The same operation is carried out as in the above-mentioned process, and the other operations are exactly the same as the processes with the same names. It is not limited to rotations based on numerical content such as . Further, the diameter thereof may be as long as it has the above-mentioned loosening effect on the hardened laundry A, and may be as small or as large as described above. Further, its shape is limited to a container shape, and may be a flat plate shape or the like.

[Effects of the Invention] As is clear from the above, the present invention has the following features:
The tank body and a large-diameter agitation body disposed inside the tank are used for washing and dehydration, and before dewatering, the large-diameter agitation body is heated for a predetermined period of time in a drained state. The feature is that it rotates, which makes it possible to loosen hardened laundry mechanically and reliably without using water. This eliminates the frustration of laundry piled up in the laundry, and also eliminates the trouble of manually loosening the folded laundry or re-operating the timer. Not only can it be economically advantageous because it can reduce the amount of water used, but it can also shorten the time considerably, making it even more advantageous, and it can actually loosen hardened washcloths and reduce abnormal vibrations. It has long been effective in many ways, including being even more effective in preventing the occurrence of.
