[Detailed Description of the Invention] This invention relates to a shoe in which a flexible butt is inserted into the opening of the upper.

In conventional athletic shoes, for example, a soft bat is inserted around the collar edge of the upper, but in order to manufacture these shoes, a bat material is first inserted along the inside edge of the collar of the upper, which is sewn from cloth or the like. A long and thin cushioning material such as a sponge is placed along the upper edge of the upper, and the inside of the cushioning material is surrounded by a sheet material sewn to the upper edge of the upper. I sewed it on to form a butt at the shoe opening.

For this reason, it takes time and effort to process the shoe opening, and it requires advanced technology to fit the cushioning material along the periphery of the shoe opening without misalignment.Furthermore, since the butt of the shoe opening protrudes inside the periphery of the upper, When first worn, the butt presses strongly against the surface of the foot, making it uncomfortable to wear.Furthermore, since the protruding butt is made of fabric or leather that was originally flat, the protruding butt may become uncomfortable after use. It had drawbacks such as being easily crushed and losing its shape in a short period of time.

In order to eliminate these drawbacks, this invention involves molding the upper or the entire upper using synthetic resin into a three-dimensional curved surface, and forming a groove for inserting the butt into the upper, which protrudes outside the periphery of the upper. The important purpose of this invention is to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks of conventional shoes, and to provide further superior features, namely:
They are durable and will not lose their shape over time, are comfortable to wear, and do not require advanced technology to process the opening.
To provide shoes that can be efficiently processed by unskilled workers and improve productivity.

以下、この考案の実施例を図面に基いて説明する。Hereinafter, embodiments of this invention will be described based on the drawings.

The shoe shown in FIG. 1 has an upper 1, a toe portion 1a, a heel portion 1b,
The peripheral edge of the shoe opening 1c and the part that is tightened by the shoelaces are integrally molded from soft synthetic resin into a three-dimensional curved surface, and both sides of the central part of the upper are preferably made of breathable sheets during molding. A material such as fabric, leather, leather woven into a mesh, or a synthetic resin sheet material with a large number of ventilation holes is inserted.

Although the sole 2 can be molded integrally with the synthetic resin from which the upper is molded, it is preferably molded from a synthetic resin that is harder than the synthetic resin from which the upper is molded.

As shown in FIG. 2, the circumferential edge 1c of the shoe opening of the upper is, for example, 1 to 3C7+1, preferably 1.5 to 2.
5C71 is bent outward along the descending line, and is gently curved inward from this bending point toward the upper edge, so that the cushioning material 3 is placed inside the periphery of the shoe opening of the upper 1.
A fitting groove 4 is formed.

A long and narrow cushioning material 3 made of a relatively flexible and cushioning material such as synthetic resin foam or sponge rubber is inserted into the insertion groove 4 of the upper, and the lining 5 is inserted into this cushioning material. As shown in FIG. 2, if the lining 5 is sewn along the lower edge of the insertion groove 4, displacement of the cushion material 3 can be more effectively prevented.

As described above, in the shoe according to this invention, at least the cuff of the upper is molded from synthetic resin into a three-dimensional curved shape, and is bent outward along a line slightly downward from the upper edge, and is bent outward from the folding line. It curves inward toward the upper edge, and this shape forms a groove for inserting the cushioning material inside the periphery of the upper, and the butt part of the upper is shaped to protrude outward, so the cushioning material is curved inward toward the upper edge. By inserting the material into the fitting groove, it can be fixed with the lining without shifting, and because the curve of the shoe opening, which requires the most time and effort and requires advanced technology and many years of skill, is formed using a mold. All shoe openings can be beautifully manufactured with the same shape, and they can be produced quickly and in large quantities.Furthermore, because the amount of protrusion of the butt of the opening into the inside of the upper is reduced, thicker cushioning material can be used. Even when used, the bat does not press strongly against the surface of the foot and worsen the comfort of the foot.Thick cushioning material can be used to increase the effect of the bat, making it more comfortable to wear. The butt is not continuously pressed against the surface of the foot with a strong force, and only works effectively when a strong force is applied to the shoe opening.Furthermore, it is not originally a flat piece sewn to protrude. , there is little deformation of the bat after use, especially deformation that loses its effectiveness as a bat due to crushing, and furthermore, since the shoe opening, which is most likely to lose its shape, is molded from synthetic resin, the three-dimensional curved surface of the upper itself will not lose its shape. It has a number of outstanding benefits, such as not causing any irritation, being durable, and providing long-lasting comfort.
