【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 マガジン本体内にディスクを載置可能な複数個のトレイ
を回動自在に配し、前記マガジン本体側面に形成された
開口部よりマガジン外方へと回動することによって前記
トレイ上のディスクをマガジン内より外方へと取り出し
得るようになされ、且つ前記各トレイがマガジン本体内
に収納されたー　　状態をロックするロック手段を解除
して前記各トレイをマガジン外方へと移動し得るように
なすロック解除釦を備えたマガジンを用いるディスクチ
ーエンジャー装置であって、マガジン挿入口より挿入さ
れたマガジンを本体内のマガジン装着位置へ、マガジン
装着位置にあるマガジンをマガジン挿入口へと連続して
移送し得るように構成されたローディング機構と、前記
ローディング機構とともに動作し、前記ローディング機
構によってマガジン装着位置へと持ち来たされたマガジ
ンのロック解除釦へと移動してこれを押圧するロック解
除レバーと、前記ローディング機構の駆動回路内に配さ
れ前記ロック解除レバーが前記ロック解除釦を押圧する
ことによって操作され、前記ローディ・　　　　ング機
構の動作を停止するスイッチ手段とからなり、マガジン
が前記ローディング機構によってマガジン装着位置へと
持ち来たされた際、前記ロック解除レバーによって前記
ロック解除釦を押圧してマガジン内の各トレイのロック
を解除し得た場合には前記スイッチ手段を操作して前記
ローディング機構を停止し、前記ロック解除釦が抑圧で
きず前記ロック解除レバーが動作し得ない場合には、前
記スイッチ手段を操作することなく前記ローディング機
構を連続して動作し、マガジンを力〆ノ） セット装着状態からマガジン挿入口へと移送するように
