  1. 弾性体にて環状に形成され、回転軸に外嵌するシール本
    体と、該シ一本体と、該シール本体に一体に形成され、
    外方に向けて突出し、ハウジングに弾性的に摺接するシ
    ールリップと、シール本体を回転軸に圧入固定させる金
    属環とを有するオイ１、　　ルシールにおいて、前記金
    属環の外周部を、シールリップより外方に突出されると
    共に、ハウジングの端部に形成した環状切欠きに臨ませ
    たことを特徴とするオイルシール。
