Abstract

PURPOSE:To unwind a yarn under constant tension by interposing a rectifier circuit in a circuit for connecting an AC speed generator coupled to a motor for driving a spindle to a negative feedback circuit of a speed control device and providing a speed setting resistor, interlocking with a dancer arm. CONSTITUTION:In a yarn unwinding device, a bobbin 3 is mounted on a spindle 1 turned by a motor 5, and a yarn 2 wound round the bobbin 3 is untwisted through a dancer roll 8. In this case, the speed of the motor 5 is controlled according to an output signal of a tension detector 6 including a speed setting resistor 19 adapted to generate an output signal which changes according to oscillation of a dancer arm 10, so that the tension of the yarn 2 is controlled to be constant. An AC speed generator 21 coupled to the motor 5 is connected to a negative feedback circuit of a speed control device 7, and a rectifier circuit 24 having a DC terminal to which a parallel circuit comprising a resistor 22 and a condenser 23 is interposed in the negative feedback circuit. In this arrangement, the yarn can be unwound under constant tension regardless of a temporary sudden change of tension of the yarn 2.

Take out the yarn end from the bobbin (3+) attached to the spindle fi+, thread the thread (2) onto the dancer roller (8) and the guide roller (9), and thread the thread onto the winding machine via the feed roller. Then, the spindle is driven. The dancer roller (8) is pulled upward as the thread (2) runs due to the operation of the winder, and the rotation of the motor (5) drives the motor (51) and the winder. Spindle tll F1 rotates in the direction of unwinding the winding thread. As the unwinding progresses, the amount of winding thread becomes infertile, and gradually the dan 11-arm u(l
When the speed setting resistor (191) rotates to the right, the resistance value changes at an extremely low torque because the magnetoresistive element of the speed setting resistor (191) has no frictional resistance, and the speed control device (7) changes the resistance value of the speed setting resistor (191). The rotational speed of the motor (51) is increased according to
71 attempts to rapidly change the rotational speed of the motor (5) in response to this, but on the other hand, the output of the AC speed generator Qυ is negatively fed back via the capacitor C23t- to suppress the rapid speed of the yarn. It works, so in this case also the thread (2

In this way, according to the present invention, a rectifier circuit in which a parallel circuit of a capacitor and a resistor is connected to the DC terminal is connected to the negative feedback circuit of the AC speed generator #1A7if-speed control device connected to the spindle drive motor. At the same time, a speed setting resistor consisting of a magnetoresistive element whose resistance value changes according to the swing of the dancer arm is connected to the dancer arm.
Since the resistor is connected to the speed control device, even if the tension of the thread suddenly changes temporarily, the winding thread can be unraveled stably under a certain tension, and it can also respond to minute changes in tension. This method is effective for unraveling fragile threads, and is inexpensive because it can use the existing speed control table, Wt.
