面に先端に爪部を有する係止片をその爪部が互いに内側
に向くようにして略円筒状に複数点在配設して成る係止
部を設け、且つ、該係止部に対応する前記カバーの後端
壁に凸部を周設し、該凸部を前記係止部内に配置□させ
た後に、前記凸部と前記爪部間に配設する略Ｃ字状の弾
性ワッシャを嵌入させ、該ワッシャの付勢力を介して該
凸部を前記係止部に弾発的に保持させたことを特徴とす
