Abstract

PURPOSE:To simplify a misoperation safety mechanism with low cost in a contraction mode and also to improve the handling performance of a cassette tape recorder, by making clear a tape cassette loadable state when a open/close cover is opened. CONSTITUTION:A stopper bar 21 is supported at one side by a shaft 20 of a folded part 19 of a slide plate 8, and the other side of a stopper bar 17 which is supported at one side by a shaft 16 of a folded part 14 of a cover attachment part 13 is supported by a shaft together with a shaft 18 at the other side of the stopper 21.
