    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ケース内に配設されて該ケース内空室を圧力室と第２室
    とに仕切り、スプリングにより、前記圧力室の容積を縮
    減する方向に付勢されたダイアフラムと、前記第２室に
    対して開設された軸孔に軸受を介して貫通し、その端部
    を前記ダイアフラム（こ固着され、該ダイアフラムに従
    動してヨーイングを含む往復動をするロッドとを有する
    ダイアフラム装置において、前記ケースの軸受近傍の底
    面に、変形自在になる可撓部を設けてなることを特徴と
    するダイアフラム装置。
