押えロール、２はクーチロール、３は丸網シリンダ、４
はフェルト帯、７は楔状の隙間、８は先薄ノズル、８′
はノズルの先端のスリットを示す。

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 丸網シリンダの上部周面に、丸網シリンダの手前に離れ
てはいるか下周面が丸網シリンダの頂面よりも低い位置
にある押えロールと、丸網シリンダの回転方向に見て頂
面を過ぎた位置で丸網シリンダに外接するクーチロール
とにより無端に循環動するフェルト帯を押付け、フェル
トが丸網シリンダに接触を開始する位置の手前の丸網シ
リンダの周面上に紙料液を供給して抄紙を行う丸網式抄
紙装置において、 押えロールで押えられて丸網シリンダの上部周面に接触
して行くフェルト帯の接触開始域と、丸網シリンダの周
面により形成された楔状の隙間に先薄のノズルを配置し
、ノズルの紙料液を噴出する先端をフェルト帯と丸網シ
リンダ周面との接触部に近接させたことを特徴とする丸
網式抄紙装 置。
