Abstract

PURPOSE:To make an external connection of each unit equal by connecting terminals in the same position out of terminals of a terminal board to the interior of a unit and connecting in such a way that respective connections between remaining terminals and terminals of a repeating terminal board are equal. CONSTITUTION:A signal is received and transmitted between a terminal board 1 and units 2, 6 and 10; and terminal boards 4, 8 and 12 and repeating terminal boards 5, 9 and 13 are provided in each unit. The terminal board 1, the terminal board 5 and the terminal board 9 are simply connected to the terminal board 4, the terminal board 8 and the terminal board 12, respectively, and in each unit a distance between the terminal boards 4 and 5, that between the terminal boards 8 and 9 and that between terminal boards 12 and 13 are connected while delaying by the number of signals connected in one unit. As a result, by the same connection the terminals 4, 8 and 12 can be connected to the interior of unit from the same position in respective units 2, 6 and 10, and the connection part of each unit can be totally equal.

Conventionally, as a relay connection method for providing independent signals to a plurality of similar units from one terminal board, a method has been used in which each terminal board is simply connected to a relay terminal board. FIG. 1 shows an example of a connection using this method. Now, it is assumed that signals are exchanged between one terminal board 1 and the units 2, 6, and 10. Each unit) 2.6.8 is provided with a relay terminal board 5, 9.13 that sequentially relays the connection.Terminal board 1 and terminal board 4 in unit 2, relay terminal board 5 and unit 6 The terminal board 8 and relay terminal board 9 and the terminal board 12 and relay terminal board 130 in the unit 10 are simply connected by the same method. According to this method, each unit)
2, 6.10, the signal lines 3, 7.11 actually connected inside the unit are connected to each terminal board 4, 8.
Since it is necessary to connect to 12 different positions, there is a drawback that even similar units must be connected differently. Additionally, if units 2 and 6 were connected to terminal board 1 and unit 10 was to be added during operation, it would be necessary to know which terminals on terminal board 1 were being used by units 2 and 6. .

The present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 2 shows one configuration of a connection system according to the present invention. It is assumed that signals are exchanged between the terminal board 1 and the units 2, 6.10, as in FIG.
and a relay terminal plate 5°9.13 is provided. Terminal board 1 and terminal board 4 in unit 2, relay terminal board 5 and terminal board 8 in unit 6, and relay terminal board 9 and terminal board 1 in unit 10
2 is simply connected as in the case of FIG.

In each unit, the terminal board 4 and the relay terminal board 5, the terminal board 8 and the relay terminal board 9, and the terminal board 12 and the relay terminal board 1
30 are connected with a shift of 1 for the number of signals connected in one unit. Depending on this, each unit) 2, 6.
Terminals 4, 8, and 12 are all connected in the same way within 10.
It is possible to make a connection to the inside of the unit from the same place, and the connection part of each unit can be made completely the same.

Furthermore, according to this method, if the terminal board L is connected to the unit 2.
6 is connected and a unit 10 is added during operation, it is sufficient to connect the units one after another, regardless of where on the terminal board 1 the previous units are connected. Furthermore, even if you accidentally connect more units than can be connected, the signals will not be sent or received to that unit, and other units will not be affected.

Note that although the embodiment shown in FIG. 2 shows the form that is easiest to connect, the present invention is not limited to this. That is, the terminals at the same location on terminal boards 4, 8, and 12 are connected to the inside of each unit, and the remaining terminal connections are between terminal boards 4 and 5, between 8 and 9, and between 12 and 13. Other forms may be used as long as they are all the same. For example, the one shown in FIG. 3 can be considered.

If the connection method according to the present invention is used, the connection parts of each unit can be manufactured to be exactly the same, so it is highly economical, and the connections between units can be simply made with the same connection. The number of man-hours required for connection is also reduced.
