【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　蒸溜器１内に、被蒸溜溶剤用容器２を収容し加熱装
置４により該容器２内の溶剤を加熱蒸溜するようにした
溶剤蒸溜装置において、該容器２より蒸発する溶剤の蒸
気空間６内に蒸溜終点を検知する温度センサー９を設け
ると共に該容器２を冷却する冷却機構を設けて成る溶剤
蒸溜装置。 ２　加熱装置４と冷却機構は温度センサー４の検知に連
動し加熱装置４の作動は停止し冷却機構の冷却始動が行
なわせるようにして成る実用新案登録請求の範囲（１）
に記載の装置。 ３　冷却機構は、液冷又はガス冷式であり、その液状又
はガス状冷媒は容器２と蒸溜器１との間の空隙３又は蒸
溜器１の外周を流通するようにした実用新案登録請求の
