半サイクルの立上がり位置より位相が進んだ第1の定角
度位置から該立上がり位置より位相が遅れた第2の定角
度位置まで積分コンデンサを一定の時定数で充電する積
分動作を前記機関の回転に同期して機関の1回転当たり
1回ずつ行なう積分回路と、前記積分コンデンサの端子
電圧と前記基準電圧とを比較する比較回路と、前記比較
回路の出力により制御されて前記エキサイタコイルの出
力の前記一方の半サイクルの立上がり時に前記積分コン
デンサの端子電圧が前記基準電圧より小さくなっている
