In the latter radio wave seal configuration, a radio wave short circuit is formed by the action of the periodic structure 2, so the door inner plate 3
The surface contact between the heating chamber opening wall surface 4 and the heating chamber opening wall surface 4 is incomplete, or
Even if the distance is large, it has a blocking effect and can maintain radio wave sealing performance.

A radio wave seal structure in which the first groove and the second groove are divided by a conductive plate having grooves arranged in parallel and periodically cut in the longitudinal direction of the groove. In the above, the groove is formed of a metal plate, and the conductor plate having the periodic notches is formed by cutting and raising a part of the metal plate forming the groove, and is integrally formed with the groove. ,
Excellent radio wave seal performance.

If the surface contact is not perfect or if the gap is large, the radio waves cannot be completely blocked and the radio waves will proceed to the next radio wave attenuation groove 1. Periodic structure 2 constructed by
Attenuation can be achieved by the groove Z1, which is a choke damping groove partitioned by. As shown in Fig. 3, if we consider that the radio waves toward the radio wave attenuation groove 1 proceed in the composite direction of two directions i (X, Z), the periodic structure 2 regulates the radio waves in the X direction, and the choke The attenuation groove restricts radio waves in the Z direction, and the attenuation effect of the radio wave attenuation groove 1 can be made extremely high. Therefore, almost no radio waves leak from the notched hole (portion B) created by cutting and raising the periodic structure 2 in the outer groove Z2 partitioned by the periodic structure 2.
