第１図は、従来のパイロット作動形の減圧弁の構造を模
式的に示す断面図、第２図は、同じくその調整ネジ回転
数と制御圧力との関係を示す線図である。第３図は、こ
の考案の一実施例としての減圧弁の構造を模式的に示す
第１図と同様な断面図、第４図は、同じくその絞り装置
の詳細を示す断面図である。第５図は、同じくその回転
体の形状例を示す平面図である。第６図は、第４図の絞
り装置による脈動流の流量変化を示す線図、第７図は、
第３図の減圧弁による調整ネジ回転数と制御圧力との関
係を示す線図である。第８図及び第９図は、この考案に
おける絞り装置の具体的構造例を示し、第８図は第９図
のＢ−Ｂ線に沿う断面図であり、第９図は第８図のＡ−
Ａ線に沿う断面図である。第１０図は、この考案の他の

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 スプリングによって一方向に付勢された主ピストンによ
    り主回路を開閉制御する主ピストン弁部と、該主ピスト
    ン弁部による制御圧力を設定するパイロット弁部と、該
    パイロット弁部によるパイロット流量を設定する絞り部
    とからなる圧力制御弁において、 前記絞り部を、流路断面積を小さくした絞りの出口又は
    入口に隣接して、外周面に凹凸を形成した回転体を、前
    記絞りの中心線上から偏倚して流路に略直交して設けた
    軸によって回転自在に軸支して構成したことを特徴とす
    る圧力制御弁。
