Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide the titled apparatus capable of continuously gringing and coating the inner surface of a pipe, by one apparatus constituted so that compressed air is sent to a rotary cylinder from one side of a branched pipe through an air motor and a grinding hammer is protruded outwardly by centrifugal force. CONSTITUTION:The change-over valve 26 in a branched pipe 25 is raised by compressed air and makes a quarter turn and a communication hole 29 is coincided with one side 25a of said branched pipe 25. Therefore, air is sent into an air motor 2 under pressure to rotate a rotary blade 2b and a rotary shaft 3 and further rotates the gear 24 meshed with a gear 4 and a cylindrical shaft 11. A grinding hammer 20 is outwardly projected by centrifugal force followed by the rotation of said shaft 11 to grind the inner surface of the pipe. After grinding is finished, the valve 26 is again raised by the 1/4 rotation of the valve 26 and the valve 26 is further rotated by 1/4 to allow the hole 29 to coincide with other side 25b of the branched pipe 25. Therefore, compressed air is sent into a fuel tank 35 through the upper end part of a pipe 7 to allow a paint to spray from the leading end part of a nozzle 36 and said paint is outwardly sprayed in a mist form along with air introduced from an inlet 21 from the gap between the rotary blades 24 of a simultaneously rotating turbo type fan 22 to coat the inner surface of the pipe.

The communication hole 29 is aligned with the one side 25a. Therefore, air is forced into the air motor 2 through the vibro, rotates the rotary blades 2b, and rotates the rotary shaft 3. As the rotating shaft 3 rotates, the gear 4 fixed to the tip thereof and the gear 14 meshing therewith also rotate, and the cylindrical shaft 11 rotates. As the cylindrical shaft 11 rotates, a polishing hammer 20 is projected outward by centrifugal force and polishes the inner surface of the tube. The projecting length of the polishing hammer 20 needs to be changed appropriately depending on the diameter of the tube, and this adjustment is done by adjusting the amount of air to be pumped and adjusting the rotational force. When the polishing is completed and the air pumping is stopped, the polishing nozzle 20 is retracted to its original position by the action of the spiral spring 18, and at the same time, the switching valve 26 also expands the pressure of the coil spring 31. The affiliated forces will descend. At this time, the switching valve 26 rotates 1/4 turn. Then, when air is pumped again, the switching valve 26 rises again. At this time, it is further rotated by 1/4 so that the communication hole 29 coincides with the other side 25b. Therefore, air passes through the pipe 7 and blows out from its upper end, and the paint in the paint tank 35 is blown out from the tip of the nozzle 36. At the same time, turbo fan 2
2 also rotates, and the paint and air are blown out in the form of mist from between the rotating blades 24 through the air introduction pipe 21 and sprayed onto the painted surface. Note that during painting, only the air introduction pipe 21 rotates, and the cylindrical shaft 11 and gear 14 do not rotate. When the air pressure is stopped after the painting is completed, the rotation of the turbo fan 240 is also stopped, and at the same time, the switching valve 26 is also lowered. At this time, it rotates by 1/4 again, and the communication hole 29 is shifted from the other side 25b in the direction of rotation.

Then, after replacing the tube, by pumping air again, the inner surface of the tube can be sequentially polished and painted by the same procedure as described above.

Since the present invention has the above-described structure and operation, it is possible to continuously and automatically polish and paint the inner surface of a tube with a single device. In addition, the entire device is small and light in weight, making it convenient to carry, and in addition, it is easy to operate, making it very convenient in practice.
