能に支承された内軸と、この内軸に装着されて前記中空
外軸に当接する弾性体とを備え、−この弾性体により前
記中空外軸と前記内軸とを摩擦係合せしめてなる電気部
品において、前記弾性体が、前記内軸の外周面に密着す
る円筒部と、前記中空外軸の内周面に当接する鍔部とを
有し、この鍔部の内径が前記円筒部の内径よりも大きい
