Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a high support force, by a method wherein, after a ground, having a hole with a diameter larger than the outer diameter of a pile, is brought to a muddy water state with a jet of fluid without positive discharge of excavated earth to a ground, a pile is sunk and this decreases an amount of earth discharged. CONSTITUTION:With a rod 1 rotated, a ground is excavated by a preceding excavating blade 2, and the ground is forced into a muddy water state through injection of fluid such as water. After the rod is lowered down to a given depth, a pile 5 is sunk. Where thereis a need to further increase a support force produced by peripheral friction of the pile, injection fluid is preferably curing fluid consisting of mainly cement. This reduces an amount of earth discharged, and provides a high support force despite of that a hole having a diameter larger than the outer diameter of the pile is excavated.

Among the methods for burying ready-made piles, in the conventional method of excavating a hole in the ground that is larger than the outer diameter of the pile, the soil is excavated to the ground using a screw auger to a depth that is larger than the outer diameter of the pile, and then the pile is removed. Because the pile is sunken, the friction force between the pile's outer surface and the ground decreases, making it impossible to expect support. In addition, there is a large amount of excavated soil, which requires a large amount of money to dispose of. was spending a total of .

The purpose of this invention is to improve these drawbacks, and instead of actively draining water onto the ground (i.e., turning the ground into muddy water to a diameter larger than the outside diameter of the pile by jet injection). This is a method of embedding piles in which the piles are then sunk.

This invention turns the water into muddy water by jet injection, so
Unlike the method of disturbing the soil with a stirring rod, etc., the soil becomes fine muddy water, which makes it easier to sink the pile. As moisture is pushed out into the ground and the soil is evenly compressed and distributed around the outer circumference of the pile, friction on the circumferential surface of the pile is improved, and sufficient holding force can be expected.

The fluid used in the jet injection of the present invention is air, water, or the like, and is appropriately changed depending on the condition of the ground (for example, water content). In addition, in the case of the ground where it is necessary to further increase the supporting force due to friction on the circumferential surface of the pile, it is preferable that the jetting fluid used for jetting is a hardening fluid mainly containing cement or the like. As for this hardening fluid, the ratio of seventh layer C) and water (5), W
Cement milk with /C of 70% or more is preferred, and more preferably, an appropriate type and amount of retardant is used in the mixture so that the hardening fluid does not harden until the pile is completely laid down.

When excavating with only jet injection, it is preferable to install jet injection nozzles downward at the tip of the rod and horizontally on the upper side of the nozzle. In particular, it is preferable to use only one nozzle each and excavate while rotating the rod. , particularly preferred.

In addition, in the case of ground that is difficult to excavate with jet injection alone, as shown in Fig. 1, a preliminary excavation blade 2 and a downward jet injection nozzle 3 are installed at the tip of the rod 1, and a jet injection nozzle 4 is installed above it. Preferably installed above

The outer diameter of the preceding excavation blade at this time shall be equal to or less than the outer diameter of the pile.
It is preferable that the jet spray turns the ground into muddy water to a diameter equal to or larger than the outer diameter of the pile.

In addition, the injection pressure of the jet injection in this invention is generally sufficient if it is 10 kilos or more;
As shown in the figure, when the injection nozzles 3 and 4 are located near the rod 1 (in this case, the water can be turned into mud more effectively).
In this invention, since muddy water is present even in the upper part, it is preferable to adjust the injection pressure in the range of 30 to 300 g, depending on the hardness of the ground and the diameter of the pile.

Furthermore, after reaching a predetermined depth, the jet injection pressure is increased to 101
The supporting force of the pile can be further increased by increasing the diameter by more than d, more preferably by more than zokg/d, by injecting the cement milk of the injection fluid to enlarge the diameter of the muddy water, and by providing a cement milk bulb. In addition, it is particularly preferable that the injection pressure of cement milk is 200 kg1d or more.

As mentioned above, this invention does not actively remove soil to the ground (it has a structure in which the pile is sunk after the ground is turned into muddy water by jet injection to a diameter larger than the outside diameter of the pile).
As shown in the figure (when sinking the pile 5 after drilling to a predetermined depth and turning it into muddy water, it becomes easier to sink the pile.

Once the pile has been sunk to the specified depth, apply sufficient pressure in the direction of the arrow as shown in Figure 3, or tap it lightly to make it settle in the supporting layer of non-muddy water, or further expand the muddy water as described above.・Set in the cement milk layer.

Furthermore, although the piles applicable to this invention may be cylindrical or H-shaped, cylindrical piles are preferable from the standpoint of increasing the bearing capacity of the pile, and piles with open ends are preferable to piles with closed ends. Piles are preferable because they reduce the amount of muddy water that spills onto the ground when the piles are sunk.

Furthermore, by mixing a hardening fluid into the jet fluid as necessary, the collapse of the hole wall is prevented and there is no need to worry about the pile becoming stuck. As this can be improved, the frictional force on the circumferential surface of the pile becomes even thicker (and the frictional supporting force of the pile is further improved).

Furthermore, since the present invention is a method of turning muddy water using a diene 1-IJ flow, even if the construction ground is hard clay or highly sticky soil, it can be easily turned into muddy water.

As described above, the present invention is an excellent method for embedding piles in which the amount of soil to be excavated and removed is small, and high bearing capacity can be obtained even though the excavation is performed to a depth greater than the outer diameter of the pile.
