Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 開口部外周にフランジ部を有し、該フランジ部は開口部
    近傍に容易に引き裂きうる弱部を有する容器本体と、前
    記開口部に嵌合する胴部と前記容器本体のフランジ部に
    超音波シールされるフランジ部とを有するふたとから成
    るふた付容器において、前記開口部がその内周の少くと
    も一部に内方向への突出部を有し、前記ふたがその胴部
    に前記突出部を受は入れるくぼみを有し、更に、前記開
    口部内面と胴部外面との間に間隙が形成されていること
    を特徴とするふた付容器。
