Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 交流電源の整流電流が供給されるスイッチング回路と、
    このスイッチング回路の出力で制御されるスレーブ用サ
    ーボモータと、このサーボモータとスイッチング回路と
    の間に介挿される電流検出抵抗と、この電流検出抵抗で
    検出された電流が入力され、前記スイッチング回路をパ
    ルス幅変調するパルス幅変調制御回路と、前記入力され
    た電流□　によって前記サーボモータの巻線の温度上昇
    を演算し、演算結朱から前記サーボモータの巻線温度が
    異常値に達した時点で前記パルス幅変調制御回路に電流
    制限値を低げる指令信号を与え、前記サーボモータの巻
    線温度が開隔許容範囲を越えたときには温度異常警報を
    送出させるマイクロコンピュータとから構成したことを
    特徴とするマニプレータ用サーボモータ駆動装置。
