Abstract

PURPOSE:To form burnt film on the surface of a food to be heated in an early period in order to prevent the outflow of soup and shorten a cooking time by a method wherein the combustion hot air of a gas burner is sent into a baking chamber by a circulating fan to circulate forcibly to improve the rise-up characteristic of the temperature in the baking chamber, in case the cooking is effected by using high-frequency heating and gas burning heating in parallel. CONSTITUTION:When a timer knob 34d for high-frequency heating is set at a predetermined time and an initiating button 34b for heating is thrown in, a high-frequency oscillator 7 is operated and high-frequency wave is introduced into the baking chamber 1 through a wave guide 8. A blower 12 is operated also and the ventilating air thereof cools the high-frequency oscillator 7 and is introduced into the baking chamber 1 while a mode uniforming device 11 is rotated. In case of gas combustion heating, gas is ignited and burnt by regulating with a temperature control knob 34c so that the temperature in the baking chamber becomes the optimum cooking temperature. Combustion hot air flows into the baking chamber 1 through a communicating hole 6 and simultaneously heats the inside of the baking chamber 1 to a predetermined temperature rapidly by the operation of the circulating fan 13. When the high-frequency heating and the gas combustion heating are utilized simultaneously, cooking may be effected even during a preheating time by the gas combustion heating and the cooking time may be shortened.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION Conventionally, as a gas combination cooking device that combines a gas oven and a microwave oven, there is a cooking device that is independent from the roasting chamber, as shown in Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 50-60648 and Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 51-54337. One is equipped with a gas burner combustion chamber and indirectly heats the roasting chamber, and the other is
A system in which a gas burner is provided in the roasting chamber is known, as disclosed in Japanese Patent No. 1-96650.

Since the former method uses an indirect heating method, the temperature rise in the roasting chamber is slow. For this reason, when cooking using both high-frequency heating and gas combustion heating, cooking by high-frequency heating takes precedence and boiling liquid comes out from inside the object to be heated, and this broth is then heated by gas combustion heating. As a result of the evaporation, the object to be heated becomes dry, which is undesirable. In order to solve this problem, if the high-frequency heating is slowed down in time with the start-up of gas combustion heating, there is a drawback that the cooking time becomes longer.

In addition, in the latter case, since the gas burner is installed protruding into the roasting chamber, the gas burner acts as an antenna and causes radio wave leakage, which makes countermeasures complicated and the cooking space inside the roasting chamber becomes narrow. There is.

Furthermore, since it does not have a fan that blows air to the gas burner from the outside, the input to the gas burner is limited in terms of temperature rise of the burner and supply of combustion air to the burner. As a result, the above drawbacks of the former are completely eliminated. It was not possible to shorten the cooking time enough to solve the problem.

First, the temperature control knob (340) is used to adjust the inside of the roasting chamber (1) to the optimum cooking temperature for the object to be heated, and the gas operation knob (34a) is used to ignite and burn. The hot combustion air enters the roasting chamber (1) through the communication hole (6) and at the same time, the circulation fan 0J is activated to rapidly heat the inside of the roasting chamber (1) to a predetermined temperature. (Preheating period) Once heated to a predetermined temperature, place the object to be heated in the roasting chamber (1) and turn the gas combustion timer knob (34e) to set the roasting time and the thermosensor (35) will work. The gas combustion is repeatedly turned on and off, keeping the inside of the roasting chamber at a predetermined temperature, and the cooking ends when the time set on the timer ends. The combustion exhaust gas is exhausted to the outside through the exhaust path (77).

As described above, the present invention provides a roasting chamber provided in an exterior, a lid that closes the front opening of the roasting chamber, a high-frequency oscillator that introduces high-frequency radio waves into the roasting chamber from the upper part of the roasting chamber, and the exterior. A combustion chamber is provided below the roasting chamber independently from the roasting chamber, and a partition wall is formed at the rear of the roasting chamber and has an air inlet in the center and an outlet on both sides. a storage chamber communicating with the roasting chamber; a circulation fan installed in the storage chamber to circulate hot combustion air; and a circulation fan installed within the combustion chamber to introduce the hot combustion air into the roasting chamber to heat the inside of the roasting chamber. When cooking using both high-frequency heating and gas combustion heating, the gas combustion heating method uses a circulation fan to send the combustion hot air of the shiga spanner into the roasting chamber and circulate it strongly. In addition, the temperature in the roasting room has a good rise characteristic, which quickly forms a film due to charring on the surface of the object to be heated, preventing the boiling liquid from flowing out, improving the finished state of the object to be heated, and shortening the cooking time. can.

In addition, since the combustion chamber is formed below the roasting chamber, the hot combustion air is easily introduced into the roasting chamber due to the action of the circulation fan, which further improves the temperature rise characteristic of the roasting chamber. Since the hot combustion air is circulated horizontally by the circulation fan, it is possible to heat the food not only from the top side but also from the side, allowing for fast cooking with uniform finishing.

Furthermore, it is possible to supply high-frequency radio waves from the top surface of the roasting chamber with the best high-frequency distribution in the roasting chamber, making it ideal as a gas combination cooker that performs high-frequency heating and gas-fired roasting heating. It can have a compact configuration.

(1) A roasting chamber provided inside the exterior, a lid that closes the front opening of the roasting chamber, a high-frequency oscillator that introduces high-frequency radio waves into the roasting chamber from the upper part of the roasting chamber, and inside the row housing. A combustion chamber is provided below the roasting chamber independently from the roasting chamber, and a partition wall is formed at the rear of the roasting chamber and has an air inlet in the center and an outlet on both sides. A storage chamber communicating with the roasting chamber, a circulation fan installed in the storage chamber to circulate hot combustion air, and a circulation fan installed in the combustion chamber to introduce the hot combustion air into the roasting chamber to heat the inside of the roasting chamber. This invention relates to an improvement in a gas composite cooker.
