Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the deterioration in strength of silk and obtain a mixed yarn in a good conjugate state efficiently, by passing a reeled silk in a wet state together with another yarn through a nozzle for Taslan texturing to conjugate both. CONSTITUTION:A silk 8 obtained by collecting baves reeled from a reeling bath 1 in a wet state is fed to a nozzle 7 for Taslan texturing and conjugated with another yarn, e.g. a polyester multifilament yarn or spun woollen yarn, to give the aimed mixed yarn 13. The feed speed of the silk 8 is preferably higher than that of the other yarn 9. The mixed yarn 13 is usually obtained in a state in which the silk 8 mixes well with the other yarn 9 or surrounds the yarn 9.

However, when raw silk and multifilament yarns such as synthetic fibers are combined using a Kuslan nozzle, the silk filaments of raw silk adhere to each other due to sericin, and the raw silk has poor flexibility. The only conditions that can be obtained are a state in which the raw silk is loose or a complex state in which the raw silk is loose and easily slips.

Therefore, when kneaded silk thread is used instead of raw silk, the silk filaments can be easily opened and a good composite state can be obtained in which the silk filaments and filaments such as synthetic fibers are well mixed and intertwined with each other. The strength decreases significantly and filament breakage occurs, making it difficult to stably produce a mixed silk yarn.

The feeding speed of this silk thread 8 and another thread 9 to the Taslan nozzle 7 is preferably such that the feeding speed of the silk thread 8 is higher than the feeding speed of another thread 9. In particular, the other thread 9 is When a spun yarn such as thread or pure cotton spun yarn is used, it is preferable that the feeding rate of the silk yarn 8 is about 10 to 30% higher than the feeding rate of another yarn 9. As a result, in the mixed silk thread 13 that has passed through the Kuslan nozzle 7, the silk filaments of the silk thread 8 appear on the outside and are well mixed and entangled with the filaments of another thread 9, or the silk thread 8 becomes entangled with the filaments of another thread 9. In the case of a spun yarn, the silk filaments of the silk yarn 8 wrap around the outside of another yarn 9. The sericin attached in a dissolved state to the wet silk thread 8 prevents the strength of the silk filament from decreasing, and is dried to some extent by the jet stream while the silk thread 8 passes through the Kuslan nozzle/l/7. This contributes to the stability of the above-mentioned composite structure. Note that 13 is a compressed air pipe that supplies compressed air to the Taslan nozzle 7, and the compressed air may be heated to accelerate drying.0 As described above, the silk yarn mixed yarn 13 composited by the Taslan nozzle 7 is , a tension control guide 14, a pair of delivery rollers 15, and a winding guide 16.
After that, it is wound onto a winding bobbin 18 by a rotary traverse roller 17. It is wound onto this winding bobbin 18. In order to dry the mixed silk thread 13, a dryer is appropriately provided between the Kuslan nozzle 7 and the winding.
You may.

According to the method of the present invention, in which a wet silk thread reeled from cocoons in a reeling bath and another thread are passed through a Kuslan nozzle, a mixed silk thread is obtained. In addition, the process is shortened, and not only is the silk filament opened by the Taslan nozzle to obtain a good composite state in which the filament of the other thread is mixed well with the filament of the other thread wrapped around the other thread. The strength of the filament is prevented from decreasing, and the composite state is stabilized by sericin, so production can be carried out without problems such as yarn breakage or fluffing, and the obtained silk yarn mixture has excellent handling properties in subsequent processes. Many effects can be obtained.

Note that as the other yarn in the present invention, it is preferable to use a multifilament yarn such as a polyester multifilament yarn that is easy to open with a Taslan nozzle, but it has already been mentioned that a spun yarn such as a woolen yarn can also be used. That's right. Furthermore, it goes without saying that the apparatus for carrying out the present invention is not limited to the illustrated example.
