ルスを形成するブレーキパルス形成手段と、キャプスタ
ンモータの回転検出信号から前記キャプスタンモータの
回転に比例して周波数が変化する周波数信号を出力する
周、　　　波数信号形成手段と、前記周波数信号により
トリガされるモノマルチバイブレータからなり、前記キ
ャプスタンモータのサーボ制御信号を形成するサーボ制
御信号形成手段と、前記スタートパルス、前記ブレーキ
パルス、前記サーボ制御信号をゲート処理して形成され
た駆動制御信号にもとづき、前記起動期間に前記スター
トパルスにもとづき前記キャプスタンモータを起動する
