【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　汚泥供給口とケーキ排出口とを有する円筒型炉材の
外筒内にスクリュー羽根を外周に有し、しかも内部をス
チームで加熱可能としたスクリ゛　　ニー軸を回転自在
に配備すると共に前記外筒、スクリュー軸およびスクリ
ュー羽根により形成される間隙をケーキ排出口側に向か
って順次縮少せしめ、前記スクリュー軸の回転で汚泥を
圧搾脱水しつつ前記ケーキ排出口から排出するスクリュ
ープレス型脱水機において、前記スクリュー軸内のスチ
ーム滞留空間部を仕切部材により区画して少なくともケ
ーキ排出口側の後半空間部と汚泥供給口側の前半空間部
を形成し、スチームを後半空間部に供給し、該後半空間
部に主相するスチームドレーンを前半空間部に導入する
ように構成したスクリュープレス型脱水機。 ２　前記スクリュー軸内のスチーム滞留空間部を、２つ
の仕切部材によりケーキ排出口側の後半空間部、汚泥供
給口側の前半空間部及び中間空部に区画すると共に、後
半空間部に生成するスチームドレンを直接前半空間部に
導入するようにした実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載
