ムの外側部に取付けられた端子箱と、この端子箱の端子
と前記Z軸駆動部を接続するケーブルを備えたロボット

られた折返し箱と、前記端子箱から前記フレームの下面
外に導出され前記折返し箱内で折返されて前記フレーム
内に導入された前記ケーブルと、前記フレームに収納さ
れ前記ケーブルが貫通ずる可撓性の保護管を備えてなる
